as a child you were rambunctious, outgoing, kind and extroverted. there was no human or creature you met that you would consider an enemy
but one woman, a tall, wild woman, warped your perception.
she considered herself a type of magician, or possibly a savior.
her title would change on a whim.
one day, she found you in a playground.
he offered you a puppy, or was it a bicycle?
either way, the ever trusting child you were decided to follow, and never returned.
you were a fool.
she stuffed you into a refrigerated van, and you can vaguely remember excited chatter of the perfect subject.
you were carried, bridal style, shivering, into a cellar.
the woman tossed you onto a concrete floor, and cackled.
the laughter rang against the stone walls for a moment, and it echoed against the walls of your skull for years after.
